2019 IEEE 39th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO-2019) will be held on April 16-18, 2019 at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.

Starting from 2013, International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology (ELNANO) is supported by Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE). Conference Proceedings of ELNANO 2013-2018 are included to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library as well as indexed in Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar and etc).

Paper Preparation And Submission
Official language of the Conference is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. All papers should be prepared in English. Size of the conference paper should be 4 to 6 full A4 pages, prepared according to IEEE Proceedings format.
Paper submission is organized through EasyChair system. Log in to EasyChair for ELNANO-2019 .
Paper submission will be closed on JANUARY 1, 2019. All submitted papers are subjects to three independent anonymous referee review. Authors of papers with positive reviewing results will be notified by e-mail not later than on March 1, 2019 and using EasyChair system must submit final full papers in .PDF and .DOC format not later than on March 15, 2019. Authors are required to sign an IEEE Copyright Transfer Form before publication.
All accepted papers which were oral (or poster) presented at the ieee ELNANO-2019 will be submitted for inclusion to ieee xplore digital library as well as other abstracting and indexing (A&I) DataBases (Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar).
