In 2007, she graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" with a degree in Non-Destructive Testing Devices and Systems. From November 2010, she studied in postgraduate school at the Instrument-Making Faculty, majoring in "Devices and Methods for Monitoring and Determining the Composition of Substances." From 2007 to 2021, she worked at the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute" at the Department of Non-Destructive Testing Devices and Systems of the Instrument-Making Faculty as an engineer and part-time assistant. From 2021 to 2022, she worked as an engineer at the Department of Automation and Non-Destructive Testing Systems and a part-time senior lecturer at the department. In 2022, she was transferred to a full-time position as an associate professor at the Department of Automation and Non-Destructive Testing Systems.

In 2018, she defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences on the topic "Information and Diagnostic System of Pulse Eddy Current Non-Destructive Testing of Machine-Building Products" majoring in 05.11.13 - Devices and Methods for Monitoring and Determining the Composition of Substances.

• In 2016, she became the winner of the professional competition of the Ukrainian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics in the nomination "Best young scientists and specialists working in the field of non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics." The competition was held by the Ukrainian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics as part of the "UkrNDT-2016" conference in Kyiv;
• In 2018, she became the winner of the university competition "Young Lecturer-Researcher";
• In 2019, she was awarded a diploma from the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine dated February 13, 2019, for awarding the NASU Prize for young scientists;
• Member of the Bulgarian Society for Non-Destructive Testing (2011, 2013, 2014, 2016-2019, 2024);
• Member of the Ukrainian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics (2021-2025);
• In 2021, she received the title of Associate Professor of the Department of Non-Destructive Testing Devices and Systems;
• In 2021, she received a certificate as a specialist in eddy current NDT (Level II);
• The student project under the supervision of Lysenko Iuliia was awarded a finalist diploma of the X Festival of Innovative Projects "Sikorsky Challenge 2021";
• Participation in the summer school "Teacher's Smartup: Summer Edition" from Sigma Software University, 2022;
• In 2023, she completed the training course "Eddy Current Testing. Level I" and "Eddy Current Testing. Level II" in accordance with EN ISO 9712 and EN 4179 from the Bulgarian Society for Non-Destructive Testing;
• In 2023, she completed an internship under the Erasmus+ program (Staff Mobility For Training) at the ESEN School of Engineering, France (from September 18 to October 9);
• Completed the course "Fundamentals of Anti-Corruption for Everyone and Everyone" (certificate dated December 1, 2023);
• Participation in the international project No. BG05M20P001-1.002-0011-C02 "Creation and development of the Center for Competence in Mechatronics and Clean Technologies MIRACle" (Mechatronics, Innovation, Robotics, Automation, Clean technologies), position: Researcher (R3) in Laboratory 4.1. "Monitoring, non-destructive testing, testing and characterization of mechatronic elements and systems";
• Participation in the winter school "SSWU: Teachers' Smart Up: Winter Edition 3.02024" from Sigma Software University, 2024;
• In 2024, she completed the course "Setting up and Security of Cloud Environments" from Ukrainian Information Technologies LLC;
• Participant of Scholars Without Borders under the program "Academic English for Speaking/Listening for Ukrainian Scholars" from the Regional English Language Officer U.S. Embassy (Kyiv) during September-December 2024;
• In the winter semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, she completed an internship under the "DILLUGIS'24 project" program from the Eastern Bavarian Technical University Amberg-Weiden on the topics "Object Oriented Coding" (certificate dated February 10, 2025, 5 ECTS credits) and "Sensors for Smart Systems" (certificate dated February 11, 2025, 5 ECTS credits).
