In industry, one of the most common materials used is rolled aluminum sheets. This material needs to be controlled very carefully and often, as it is very often used in aviation. When controlling such sheets, the main problem is the speed of control, because such sheets have significant dimensions. The use of a computerized eddy current control system with matrix transducers will significantly reduce the time required to localize the defect area, which in turn will increase the speed of inspection.

The master's dissertation contains 82 letters, 25 figures, 23 tables, 18 sources according to the list of references.

Key words: eddy current control, structural elements, aircraft, hodograph, defect dimensions, automation, material degradation, cracks.

The dissertation presents an analysis of structural elements as an object of NC control. The expediency of using eddy current non-destructive testing to detect defects such as surface and subsurface fatigue cracks and evaluate their parameters has been confirmed.

A review of possible methods of processing the received signals according to the available hodographs of the relative applied voltage. Types of overhead and through-flow eddy current converters are considered. The analysis confirmed the feasibility of using an eddy current transducer of the transformer type with differentially connected measuring coils.

This master's dissertation consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, list of references and appendices. The total volume of the work was 97 pages, contains 24 illustrations and 24 tables. 19 sources of literature were processed.

As a result of the master's dissertation it was proposed to use the amplitude-phase method of two-parameter eddy current control, in which the amplitude method is used at high frequency to determine the diameter of the rod, and the phase method at low frequency to determine the specific conductivity of the material.

The aim of the course project is to develop a computer system based on the method of higher harmonics for the control of titanium samples. Titanium, its alloys and titanium products. At the beginning of the course project were presented theoretical materials with basic information about the methods, goals and objectives of structuroscopy and its areas of application.

This master's dissertation consists of an introduction, 4 chapters, conclusions, list of references and appendices. The total volume of the work was 130 pages, contains 64 illustrations and 24 tables. Processed 54 sources of literature.

As a result of work on the master's dissertation the functional scheme and optical tract of thermal imaging system with multispectral image fusion were developed, 3 full-fledged programs were designed and the neural network was trained. A startup project was also developed to analyze the possible commercial use of the designed system.
