The diploma project includes a list of symbols and abbreviations, an introduction, five main chapters, conclusions, and a list of references. It consists of 75 pages of main text, 33 figures, 1 table, and 15 references.
Purpose and Objectives of the Diploma Project. The purpose of the diploma project is to describe the concept and develop a training system for an automated defibrillator, which is part of the research on modern automated medical technical systems aimed at enhancing safety and preserving human life in critical situations.
The tasks to be completed within the scope of the diploma project include:
- an introductory review of the defibrillator system features and its application for educational purposes;
- a description of the concept of the training defibrillator system, including an analysis of the main characteristics of the defibrillator's operation, its modes, and application methods;
- development of the system’s structural diagram, with further definition and description of the interconnections between the blocks;
- design and development of the device structure, and creation of a digital prototype;
- a description of the methods for manufacturing the device’s housing elements and the application of materials;
- analysis of available components and subsequent development of the system's electrical schematic based on the selected components;
- development of the software algorithm for the automated training defibrillator system;
- conclusions.
