Scientific School "Development of Means, Methods, and Technologies for Non-Destructive Testing and Diagnostics" was established by Dr. Sc., Professor Anatoliy Georgiyovych Protasov with the aim of organizing collective scientific work of teachers-scientists working at the specified department and conducting research in the field of non-destructive testing.
Scientific School "Aviation Gravimetric System and Gravimetry" was established by Dr. Sc., Professor Olena Bezvesilna with the aim of organizing collective scientific work of teachers-scientists working at the department. The research focuses on the automation of measurements of gravitational acceleration or gravitational anomalies of the Earth using an intelligent aviation gravimetric system with the use of new precision gravimeters.
