INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS
Submission
Abstract submission will open from 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2017. Early submission is welcomed and strongly encouraged.
All submissions must be in MS-Word format uploaded via the conference website.
All submissions must follow the format defined by the template.
All submissions must be in English.
All submissions will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee for originality, relevance and industrial impact.
Authors should indicate their preference for oral or poster presentation. However, the final decision will be made by the Programme Committee.
Paper
Authors whose submissions are accepted must register for the conference by 31 May 2017.
All accepted submissions will be required to prepare a full paper manuscript of 6-8 pages in length in English according to a format that will be provided together with your notice of acceptance.
Manuscripts for full papers must be received by 30 May 2017.
Presentation
Registered authors may present a maximum of two (2) papers unless otherwise approved by the Conference Secretariat.
Poster
Submissions selected for poster presentation will be allocated space to display an A0 size poster in portrait format. Authors are responsible for printing and mounting of their posters.
Publication
All full papers will be published open access in NDT.net and in e-proceedings under Creative Commons licenses. You may choose either Attribution or Attribution-NoDerivs as the license type.
