To date, many welded structures have been widely used in many industries. The advantages of this method of bonding various metal structures are the savings of metal, cost reduction, speed of operation and strengthening the structure as a whole. Failure to provide the required quality of welded joints can lead to the destruction of such objects, so controlling them for defects is an urgent task nowadays. In a master's thesis, this problem is solved by developing an ultrasonic automated system for the control of welded joints.

In the master's thesis the instruments, axle control systems, their comparison, and the choice of the method of the method of analysis were analyzed.

The characteristics of the automated non-destructive testing system, advantages and disadvantages are considered. An ultrasonic wheel axle control system was developed. A system is proposed that includes a mechanical block, a flaw detection unit, and a data processing unit. The defectoscopy unit consists of four channels of two transducers in each.

The master's thesis consists of four sections, 90 pages, 35 illustrations, 27 tables, 18 sources of literature were processed.

The first section provided an analytical review that looked at the object of control. The methods of non-destructive testing of tanks, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. In the second section, a direct combined piezoelectric transducer and a prism were calculated. The calculations of the acoustic and electroacoustic tracts were carried out. A structural scheme is developed, and a functional scheme is based on it. All nodes of the functional circuit are calculated and agreed. In the third section, the automation system was calculated and modeled in the SolidWorks software environment. In the fourth development of the startup project was carried out: market analysis, search for competitors, etc. Based on the calculations, an electrical circuit design was designed.

The master's thesis consists of four sections, 90 pages, 35 illustrations, 27 tables, 30 sources of literature were processed.

In the first section there was an analytical review of non-destructive methods used in testing bridge structural elements, in which the object of control was considered, analysis methods of non-destructive control of welded joints that are used in bridge structures, analysis of the automation possibilities for systems that are using non-destructive control of welded joints in bridge structures, and described the reasoning of selection the ultrasonic echo-pulse non-destructive  method of control of welded joints in bridge structures elements.  In the second section, the units of the automated system of ultrasonic control of elements of bridge structures were developed, the acoustic and electro-acoustic tracts were calculated. Structural and functional diagrams of the system have been developed and, on their basis, the nodes of the functional circuit was calculated and agreed. In the third section, was modeled the design of system elements in «Solid Works» CAD. The fourth section elaborates the startup project: market analysis, search for competitors, etc.

Master's thesis consist of 80 pages, 47 illustrations and 24 tables.

During the development of this master's thesis a system was developed for the automatic classification of chest medical thermograms of the healthy and not healthy patients.

This topic is very relevant today as thermograms are widespread, so there is a need for programming techniques that will help doctors identify the disease even at an early stage and pay attention to possible symptoms for more detailed analysis.
