He has been working at the university since 1988. In 1995, he defended his Ph.D. thesis on "Development of Methods for Active Thermal Non-Destructive Testing of Structural Elements of Aviation Technology." In 2012, he defended his doctoral dissertation on "Theoretical and Methodological Principles of Forming the Professional Competence of Future Specialists in Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics." From 2006 to 2021, he was the Head of the Department of Non-Destructive Testing Devices and Systems. He has a list of scientific works - more than 110 titles, including 2 monographs. For the purpose of methodological support of the educational process, he developed and published 10 methodological guidelines.
Research interests: thermal non-destructive testing, design systems for technical and medical diagnostics.
Interesting achievements:
Member of the Ukrainian Society for Non-Destructive Testing and Technical Diagnostics (2010-2025);
Completed the course "Fighting Corruption" (certificate dated May 1, 2020).
