Kuts Yuriy is a Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, and specialist in the field of information and measurement systems. He graduated from the Kyiv Polytechnic Institute (1975), where he has worked since 1977: 1992–1999 – Associate Professor at the Department of Non-Destructive Testing Devices and Systems. From 1999 to 2015, he worked at the National Aviation University (Kyiv): from 2004 – Head of the Department of Information and Measurement Systems. From 2015 to 2021, he worked as a professor at the Department of Non-Destructive Testing Devices and Systems of KPI named after Igor Sikorsky, and from 2021 to the present time - Professor of the Department of Automation and Non-Destructive Testing Systems.
