Lemeshenko V. The ultrasonic testing device for joints weld

The quality of welded joints and their condition during the service life are important issues of safety and reliability in mechanical engineering, transport, and industry in general. The purpose of this diploma thesis is to analyze the existing devices for inspection of welded joints and the development of a modern ultrasonic device, its structural and functional schemes.

An overview of existing methods for solving this task is presented in the thesis.

Zalieskyi Y. Eddy current flaw detector for determining the material conductivity

In this project an eddy current flaw detector for determining the material conductivity was designed. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the development.
In the first section the analytical review is carried out in which the following are considered: electromagnetic characteristics of substances, inductors, methods of electromagnetic structuroscopy, and features of the controlled object and properties of its material (steel) are considered.

In the second section, the calculation of the eddy current transducer is performed. The design parameters of the transducer are selected, the output signals, the limit value of the coil overheating current, the depth of penetration of eddy currents, etc. are calculated.

Petrusha A. Eddy current device for controlling axial movement of turbine shafts

In the diploma project the eddy current device for control of axial movement of shafts of turbines was designed. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the development.

The first section provides an analytical review, which considers: the turbine as an object of eddy current control, the materials from which the turbine housing, inductors, regulatory and technical base of eddy current control, the need to save electrical signal data to remote storage.

Maliarov A. Portable eddy current flaw detector

On the diploma project of the fourth-year student of group PK-61 Maliarov Artem on the topic: "Portable eddy current flaw detector".

In this diploma project, a portable multi-frequency eddy current flaw detector for the control of rolled sheet metal was developed.

In the first section the general theoretical data of eddy current control were presented. Theoretical information on the classification of eddy current converters is also given. The second section of this dissertation presented theoretical information about wireless communication systems.

Triodial R. Metal detector

The diploma project consists of an explanatory note of 78 pages, includes 28 illustrations, 1 table, 3 drawings, 17 references, 2 appendices, 6 formulas.

The aim of this diploma project is to develop a digital metal detector with calibration and discrimination functions, which is designed to search for metal objects: ancient coins, World War II explosive shells, pipes, ancient weapons, etc.

In the first introductory introduction the first historical beginning of use of metal detectors, development of technology of metal detectors and in what spheres metal detectors are applied today was considered.
