In this diploma work inspection of work was done, functional scheme of device was developed and work of separate module, capacity-code converter, was researched, and with help of this converter experimental measurements of nonelectric materials’ properties were done. Besides this a software for saving data to database was created.

Shvydkyi O. Ultrasonic monitor for composite material products

In this work, an ultrasonic monitor for composite materials products was designed.

At the first distribution, there is a complete analysis of the types of composite materials with ultrasound control, the physical and mechanical characteristics of composite materials are examined, and the brown-and-white method of ultrasonic monitoring is wound up. In the second section, the acoustic path of the device was calculated and the geometric dimensions of the piezoelectric plate were determined.

Kibalenko V. Eddy current flaw detector for determining operational damage of structural elements

In this work, an eddy current flaw detector was designed to determine the operational damageability of structural elements. The introduction substantiates the relevance and necessity of development.

In the first section, an analytical review was conducted, which considered: the main parts of the aircraft glider, in particular, their skin and the material from which it is made. Defects that appear in the casing during operation have also been reported. In addition, a general review and regulatory framework for eddy current control and available devices on the project topic were conducted.

Herasymchuk M. Portable ultrasonic flaw detector

The aim of this bachelor's project was to develop a portable mobile flaw detector that can be easily adapted to new controls and different classes of tasks.

The first section presents an analytical review, which describes: ultrasonic vibrations, methods of ultrasonic flaw detection, provides theoretical information about ultrasonic transducers. In the second section, which is also computational-theoretical, the piezoelectric transducer that best performs the tasks was selected and calculated.

Yakymchuk A. Ultrasound deviсe for measuring the blood flow velocity in vessels

The diploma project of the fourth-year student, group PK-61 of the Faculty of Instrument-Making Anna Yakymchuk on the topic: "Ultrasound device for measuring of blood flow velocity in blood vessels." The diploma project consists of 60 pages, 27 drawings, 16 literary sources.

The diploma project is devoted to development of ultrasound device that is designed for measure the speed of blood flow in blood vessels. In the first section, the existing methods of ultrasound non-destructive testing were analyzed and based on this information, the method on which the work of device will be based was determined.
