Antoniuk E. Office air humidification system

This work substantiates the relevance of developing an air humidification system for office spaces in accordance with modern requirements for the indoor microclimate of work environments. The focus is placed on the influence of humidity levels on employee health and productivity, disease prevention, and the preservation of technical equipment and furniture.

The thesis includes an analytical review of existing air humidification methods. Based on the analysis, the ultrasonic method was selected as the most effective, economical, and convenient option from the perspective of automation system design. The required humidification efficiency was calculated to maintain a comfortable humidity level in a 60 m² office, which made it possible to determine the system’s technical parameters.
During the design phase, a modular system architecture was developed, consisting of a central hub and subordinate modules. The ESP32S microcontroller was chosen as the main control unit, enabling wireless communication, sensor data processing, actuator control, and interaction with a web interface. Schematic diagrams for the hub and modules were created, with power supplied via USB-C and voltage converters, enhancing the system’s versatility and reliability.

A functional diagram and operating algorithms were developed to provide real-time humidity control. The result of the work is a fully automated air humidification system suitable for domestic and commercial use to ensure a stable indoor microclimate in accordance with regulatory standards.
The thesis includes an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, 23 figures, 3 tables, a list of 41 references, and appendices. The total volume of the work is 59 pages, of which 41 pages comprise the main content.
